Wet Leopard will email you an order confirmation within a few minutes of your online ordering. Once your payment has been successfully processed, you will also receive an email confirmation from your payment provider through eWAY, AfterPay or Paypal, containing your transaction receipt and order details (if you have provided your email address).
Once shipped, you will be emailed to notify you that your Swimsuit is on its way!

We provide FREE shipping within Australia. Domestic delivery is via Australia Post (with tracking) from Sydney, Australia. For added security and customers peace of mind on their purchase, we will send your parcel as Registered Post with Signature on Delivery. This postal service generally takes 3-5 business days.
Once shipped, you will be emailed to notify you that your Swimsuit is on it’s way! The email will come with a tracking number, to allow you to get excited and view your parcels en route which may be tracked at www.auspost.com/track. Lost or stolen postage is not covered by insurance however with “Signature on Delivery “this guarantees neither should ever happen!
If no one is home when your parcels arrive, Australia Post will leave a calling card to alert you to collect your item from your nearest post office with proof of ID. Or if you prefer, for added convenience, Australia Post has introduced a new free system where customers can have their parcels sent to a 24/7 Parcel Locker. A Parcel Locker is a secure storage space that you can collect your parcel from any time, day or night. All international shipping is processed via Australia Post. Our International shipping option is Pack and Track at a flat rate of $25.00AUD
Once your order is shipped you will receive an email with your shipping details, tracking number or parcel ID number.

You can track your order at www.auspost.com/track. This service has a delivery time of 3-10 business days.
Lost or stolen postage is not covered by insurance.
Items you order for shipment to countries outside of Australia may be subject to taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country (“Import Fees”). The recipient of the shipment is responsible for all Import Fees.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
At Wet Leopard we pride ourselves on our quality and our customer service. We want you to enjoy your online shopping experience and be excited by your new swimwear, and we are happy to provide returns and exchanges. Notify us by email as soon as you post your returns/exchanges to let us know to watch out for them and start your process as soon as possible.
We offer FREE return shipping for exchanges only on items due to incorrect sizing and we will also resend the new size back to you at no extra cost. We want to make sure you are happy with the perfect fit and be confident in buying our unique product. Each customer is entitled to one free shipping return per purchase for a size exchange. We do not offer free return shipping costs for exchanges in styles. We do not offer free return shipping on refunds.
Take your time when trying on your new Wet Leopard Keeni Vest. The Wet Leopard Keeni Vest is designed to be very tight snug fit, in order to provide the necessary support and compression benefits. In the case that the Keeni Vest does not fit properly or you are not pleased with your purchase, please return the full swimsuit set following the Conditions below within 14-days of receiving your order. Items not received within the 14 day period will not be accepted. Please take care not to mark the Keeni Vest when trying it on, if you wish to receive a refund.
No refunds/exchanges are given on sale items.
Due to the exclusive nature of our product, we cannot guarantee the availability of merchandise for exchange, in which case a refund will be given.
Once the items have been received they will undergo a quality review and once cleared, you will either receive your new items (for exchanges), or refund on the cost at purchase (excluding shipping costs) directly to the credit card used for the purchase or via Paypal. Returns will be processed within 7 days. You will be notified via email that the return has been processed. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and for it to appear in your account. Please allow for 3-5 business days for this.
If the returned product is not accepted due to signs of wear, marks on products, or not following conditions, the item will not be refunded. You will be notified by email.
Conditions of Exchanges and Refunds
- Email Customer service on firstname.lastname@example.org to inform us that you are returning an item, so we can look out for it and process it asap.
- Return in a satchel, the complete swimsuit set including the Keeni Vest, bikini bottoms and swim bag in new, unwashed, unworn condition with all tags affixed.
- Due to hygienic standards, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the original protective hygienic strip has been left in place on bikini bottoms, has not been altered or show signs of wear. All bikini bottoms must be tried on wearing undergarments and the protective hygiene strip must remain in place.
- Include the Returns Form with information filled out.
- Please post the items to our return address below: a sticky label has been included for your convenience

*Return postage costs are your responsibility and we recommend shipping the package through a tracked service; Wet Leopard cannot replace items that are lost during shipment.
Goods are considered faulty if a manufacturing fault has occurred. We are so confident in the quality of our product and our Australian Manufacturer, that we will guarantee your product for up to a year for workmanship. If you do experience any workmanship faults we will be happy to pay for your postage and repair the garment at no cost. Please carefully follow care instructions, as the garment will not be exchanged if it has been wrongly damaged. If you receive your order in a faulty condition, please make sure to email email@example.com to notify us of damaged goods immediately and prior to using. Please follow the conditions of Exchanges and Returns above.
