SHIPPING AND RETURNS
AUSTRALIAN SHIPPING 

We provide FREE standard delivery within Australia.

We also provide FREE returns within Australia. 

Domestic delivery is via Australia Post (with tracking and Signature on Delivery) dispatched from Sydney, Australia. This postal service generally takes 2-7 business days. Once shipped, you will be emailed to notify you that your Swimsuit is on it’s way!

For added security and customers peace of mind on their purchase, we send domestic parcels as Registered Post with Signature on Delivery to ensure your parcel is not just left at premises or ever lost.  If no one is home for delivery, Australia Post will issue a calling card to notify you to collect your satchel from your nearest post office, with proof of ID. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

All international shipping is processed via Australia Post, at a flat rate of AUD$25.00

Once your order is shipped you will receive an email with your shipping details, tracking number or parcel ID number. You can track your order at www.auspost.com/track. This service has a delivery time of 5 -14 business days.

Lost or stolen postage is not covered by insurance.

Items you order for shipment to countries outside of Australia may be subject to taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country (“Import Fees”). The recipient of the shipment is responsible for all Import Fees.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS & EXCHANGES

As a small business we are sorry we are unable to provide return shipping for our international returns and exchanges, we hope as we grow in the future we will be able to offer a free shipping service. 

Currently shipping costs for returns and exchanges on international orders are at the customers expense. 

To avoid exchanges, please check the Fit Guide for correct sizing, and don’t hesitate to message or email us for any assistance, we are more than happy to provide a personal custom service.

RETURNS 

Take your time when trying on your new Wet Leopard Underwire Vest or one-piece. The Wet Leopard underwire swimsuits are designed to be very tight snug fit, in order to provide the necessary support and compression benefits. We know we will love your swimsuits, although if you are not 100% happy with your fit or purchase, we will provide a full refund, size exchange or credit note for all full price items that adhere to the below conditions. We offer FREE returns within Australia.

Conditions of Exchanges and Returns

  1. Item(s) must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order
  2. Item(s) must be unworn and returned in original condition with swing-tags affixed
  3. All bikini bottoms and one-piece swimsuits must have hygiene stickers still attached, showing no signs of removal or wear.
  4. Email customer service on orders@wetleopard.com to inform us of your return or exchange
  5. For Australian customers, print and place the Pre-paid return label on the eco-friendly satchel
  6. For International customers, return the item(s) in the eco-friendly reusable satchel, via your preferred postage supplier to return address below

Sale items are final and cannot be returned for a refund, exchange or store credit, other than in the event of them being faulty.

We recommend choosing carefully to avoid disappointment, so please get in touch at orders@wetleopard.com if you have any questions regarding sizing. Any items returned outside the 30 day return period, or in a condition that indicates being worn or washed in any way, including make-up marks, will not be accepted for return. Wet Leopard reserves the right to reject items that do not comply with the above conditions, and will return the item to sender.

FAULTY ITEMS

Goods are considered faulty if a manufacturing fault has occurred. We are so confident in the quality of our product and our Australian Manufacturer, that we will guarantee your product for up to a year for workmanship. Your swimwear will last you many, many summers. If you do experience any workmanship faults we will be happy to repair the garment at no cost. Please carefully follow care instructions, as the garment will not be exchanged if it has been wrongly damaged. If you receive your order in a faulty condition, please make sure to email orders@wetleopard.com to notify us of damaged goods immediately and prior to using. Please follow the conditions of Exchanges and Returns above.

SALE ITEMS

Returns/refunds are not available on sales items. However, we do offer exchanges on sale items for a size exchange, or if unavailable in a different size, we will provide a credit note off a future purchase when restocked.
